Get help with a product
Email support@ekonobi.com and put the product name in the subject line. It helps a lot if you include:
- Which product: 2plus2, Molehill, Hukuki or buldum.xyz
- Your device and operating system version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18.2)
- The app version, if you can find it in the settings screen
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual
Report a bug
Same address: support@ekonobi.com. Reproducible bugs get fixed fastest, so if you know the steps that trigger it, write them down in order. We read every report, even when we cannot reply to each one individually.
Ask about your data
For anything about personal data — access, correction, deletion, objection, or a copy of what we hold — write to privacy@ekonobi.com. These rights come from the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR, and we honour them regardless of where you live.
We answer data requests within 30 days. If we need more time because the request is complex, we tell you before that deadline passes.
Delete your account and data
Games (2plus2, Molehill): these games do not require an account. Deleting the app from your device removes your local progress. To also delete any analytics or crash data linked to your device identifier, email privacy@ekonobi.com with the request.
Platforms (Hukuki, buldum.xyz): you can delete your account from inside the account settings of the platform. If you cannot reach it, email privacy@ekonobi.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
When an account is deleted we remove your profile and your content. Some records are kept longer where the law requires it, for example invoices and accounting records. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle and are fully cleared within 90 days.
Report abuse or content
If you have found content on one of our platforms that is illegal, infringing or harmful, write to info@ekonobi.com with the link and a short description of the problem. Include your contact details so we can follow up. We remove clearly unlawful content quickly and act on valid takedown notices.

Purchases and refunds
Purchases made inside our mobile games are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the store you bought from, under that store's own refund rules. We can help you understand what you bought, but we cannot issue a store refund on your behalf.

Verilerinizle ilgili talepler
Kişisel verilerle ilgili her konu için (erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz veya elimizdeki verinin bir kopyası) privacy@ekonobi.com adresine yazın. Bu haklar 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR'dan doğar; nerede yaşarsanız yaşayın bu haklara uyarız.
Veri taleplerini 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Talep karmaşık olduğu için daha fazla süre gerekirse, bu süre dolmadan size bildiririz.
Hesabınızı ve verinizi silin
Oyunlar (2plus2, Molehill): bu oyunlar hesap gerektirmez. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmek yerel ilerlemenizi kaldırır. Cihaz tanımlayıcınıza bağlı analitik veya çökme verilerinin de silinmesini istiyorsanız privacy@ekonobi.com adresine yazın.
Platformlar (Hukuki, buldum.xyz): hesabınızı platformun hesap ayarlarından silebilirsiniz. Oraya ulaşamıyorsanız, hesaptaki adresten privacy@ekonobi.com adresine yazın, sizin için silelim.
Bir hesap silindiğinde profilinizi ve içeriğinizi kaldırırız. Kanunun gerektirdiği bazı kayıtlar (örneğin faturalar ve muhasebe kayıtları) daha uzun süre saklanır. Yedekler dönüşümlü olarak üzerine yazılır ve en geç 90 gün içinde tamamen temizlenir.
Kötüye kullanım veya içerik bildirimi
Platformlarımızdan birinde hukuka aykırı, hak ihlali oluşturan veya zararlı bir içerik bulduysanız, bağlantıyı ve sorunun kısa bir açıklamasını info@ekonobi.com adresine gönderin. Size dönebilmemiz için iletişim bilgilerinizi de ekleyin. Açıkça hukuka aykırı içerikleri hızla kaldırır, geçerli kaldırma bildirimlerine işlem yaparız.

Mobil oyunlarımız içindeki satın almalar biz değil, Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir. Bu satın almaların iadeleri, satın aldığınız mağazanın kendi iade kurallarına göre o mağaza tarafından yürütülür. Ne satın aldığınızı anlamanıza yardımcı olabiliriz, ancak sizin adınıza mağaza iadesi yapamayız.
