Information collected

This website is operated by Ekonobi Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a joint stock company registered in Türkiye with its office in İstanbul. For data collected through this website, Ekonobi is the data controller.

If you send a message through the contact form, Ekonobi collects the information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Project / context
• Message content

The web server also keeps standard logs — IP address, browser, requested pages, timestamps — for security and for knowing whether the site is working.

One small item is stored on your device: your language preference, kept in your browser's local storage until you clear it.

How information is used

Information is used to:

• Respond to your message
• Understand project context
• Maintain and protect the website
• Prevent spam, abuse or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations when required

Ekonobi does not sell personal information.

Contact form

The contact form is handled by a small server-side function. Messages are delivered to our mailbox by email so we can respond. A hidden honeypot field and rate limiting protect the form against spam — no CAPTCHA service, no third-party form provider.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics that identify you personally. The only thing stored on your device is your language choice, kept in local storage rather than a cookie. Details are in the Cookie Notice.

Sharing information

Personal information is not shared for marketing or advertising. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf as part of delivering the site, and our email provider handles messages you send us. Information may also be shared if the law requires it or to protect the site from misuse.

Data retention

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years after the conversation ends, or deleted earlier when there is no ongoing reason to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, or withdraw a consent. Write to privacy@ekonobi.com; we answer within 30 days. Under the GDPR we rely on legitimate interests and consent; under the KVKK (Law No. 6698), on the conditions in Article 5. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority in the EEA or UK. See also the KVKK aydınlatma metni.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the server and to our mailboxes is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so we keep what we collect small.

Toplanan bilgiler

Bu web sitesi, Türkiye'de kayıtlı ve merkezi İstanbul'da bulunan Ekonobi Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi tarafından işletilir. Bu site aracılığıyla toplanan veriler bakımından Ekonobi veri sorumlusudur.

İletişim formuyla mesaj gönderirsen Ekonobi verdiğin bilgileri toplar:

• Ad
• E-posta adresi
• Proje / bağlam
• Mesaj içeriği

Web sunucusu ayrıca standart kayıtlar tutar — IP adresi, tarayıcı, istenen sayfalar, zaman damgaları — güvenlik ve sitenin çalışıp çalışmadığını bilmek için.

Cihazında tek bir küçük şey saklanır: tarayıcının yerel deposunda tutulan dil tercihin; sen temizleyene kadar kalır.

Bilgiler nasıl kullanılır

Bilgiler şunlar için kullanılır:

• Mesajına yanıt vermek
• Proje bağlamını anlamak
• Web sitesini çalışır ve güvenli tutmak
• Spam, kötüye kullanım ve teknik sorunları önlemek
• Gerektiğinde yasal yükümlülüklere uymak

Ekonobi kişisel bilgileri satmaz.

İletişim formu

İletişim formu küçük bir sunucu tarafı fonksiyonla işlenir. Mesajlar, yanıt verebilmemiz için e-posta ile posta kutumuza iletilir. Gizli bir tuzak alan ve hız sınırlama formu spam'e karşı korur; CAPTCHA servisi veya üçüncü taraf form sağlayıcısı yoktur.

Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Bu web sitesi reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmaz; seni kişisel olarak tanımlayan üçüncü taraf analitik de çalıştırmaz. Cihazında saklanan tek şey, çerez yerine yerel depoda tutulan dil tercihindir. Ayrıntılar Çerez Bildirimi'nde.

Bilgi paylaşımı

Kişisel bilgiler pazarlama veya reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcımız siteyi sunmanın bir parçası olarak sunucu kayıtlarını bizim adımıza işler; e-posta sağlayıcımız bize gönderdiğin mesajları taşır. Yasa gerektirirse veya siteyi kötüye kullanımdan korumak için bilgi paylaşılabilir.

Veri saklama

Sunucu kayıtları en fazla 12 ay saklanır. İletişim mesajları, yazışmanın bitiminden itibaren en fazla 3 yıl saklanır; saklamak için süregelen bir neden yoksa daha erken silinir.

Hakların

Hakkında ne tuttuğumuzu sorabilir, bir kopyasını alabilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilir, kullanımını kısıtlayabilir veya itiraz edebilir, verdiğin bir onayı geri çekebilirsin. privacy@ekonobi.com adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. GDPR kapsamında meşru menfaat ve açık rızaya; KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) kapsamında 5. maddedeki şartlara dayanırız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na veya AEA/BK'daki yerel denetim makamına şikâyette bulunabilirsin. Ayrıca bkz. KVKK aydınlatma metni.

Güvenlik

Site HTTPS üzerinden sunulur. Sunucuya ve posta kutularımıza erişim kısıtlıdır ve çok faktörlü kimlik doğrulamayla korunur. Hiçbir çevrimiçi hizmet tamamen güvenli sayılamaz; bu yüzden topladığımızı küçük tutarız.
