The short version. You may play Molehill for your own enjoyment. Do not cheat, copy or break it. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We do our best, but we cannot promise the game will never have a problem.
This agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Ekonobi Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Ekonobi", "we", "us"), a company registered in Türkiye. By downloading, installing or playing Molehill (the "Game"), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the Game.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Your licence
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use. That is all this licence gives you. We keep every right we do not expressly grant here.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Game or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where the law expressly allows it
- Modify the Game, or use cheats, bots, automation, memory editors or modified clients
- Interfere with the Game or the services it relies on, or try to gain access to systems or data that are not yours
- Remove or hide any copyright, trademark or other notice in the Game
- Use the Game for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other players
If you break these rules, your licence to use the Game ends, and you must stop using it and delete it from your devices. We may also stop offering and supporting the Game. No refund is due for anything you have already bought.
Purchases and virtual items
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their terms, using their payment methods. We never see or store your card details.
Virtual items, currency, levels and other in-game content are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Game. If the Game is discontinued, or if you delete it, unused virtual items are lost.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's refund rules. Contact Apple or Google directly. Nothing here removes any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you have as a consumer under Turkish or European law.
Advertising
The Game may show advertisements, including rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Advertisements come from third-party networks and their content is not ours. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised. How advertising data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Updates and availability
We may update the Game, change how it works, add or remove features, or adjust game balance at any time. Some updates are required for the Game to keep working. We may also stop offering the Game, in a particular country or completely. Where we plan to discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice inside the Game or on our website if we can.
The Game needs a compatible device and, for some features, an internet connection. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Our intellectual property
The Game, its name, artwork, sound, code, design and all related materials belong to Ekonobi or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Playing the Game gives you no ownership of any of it.
If you send us an idea, suggestion or feedback, you allow us to use it freely, without payment or obligation to you.
Apple and Google
You obtained the Game through the App Store or Google Play. That store is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the Game. Any claim about the Game — including a defect, an intellectual property claim, or a failure to meet legal requirements — is our responsibility, not the store's, to the extent the law allows. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo, and that you are not on any restricted-party list.
Ending this agreement
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the Game from your devices. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. We may stop offering and supporting the Game, in a particular country or altogether, if we are required to by law or if we decide to discontinue it. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive the end of this agreement.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will meet your expectations, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekonobi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data or lost game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) 500 Turkish lira.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by the consumer protection law of your country, including Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. These terms do not limit those rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, and the mandatory law of your country of residence still applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you inside the Game. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Game.

Bu sözleşme
Bu Kullanım Şartları, sizinle Türkiye'de kayıtlı Ekonobi Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Ekonobi", "biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Molehill'i ("Oyun") indirerek, kurarak veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyun'u kurmayın ve kullanmayın.
Yaşadığınız ülkedeki reşit olma yaşının altındaysanız Oyun'u yalnızca, şartları sizin adınıza kabul eden bir ebeveyn veya vasinin izniyle kullanabilirsiniz.
Lisansınız
Size; sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz bir cihazda, kendi özel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için Oyun'u kurma ve oynama hakkı veren kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu lisans size bundan fazlasını vermez. Burada açıkça verilmeyen tüm haklar bizde kalır.
Yapmamanız gerekenler
- Oyun'u veya herhangi bir parçasını kopyalamak, satmak, kiralamak, alt lisanslamak veya dağıtmak
- Kanunun açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında Oyun'u tersine mühendislikle çözmek, derlemesini geri almak veya parçalamak
- Oyun'u değiştirmek; hile, bot, otomasyon, bellek düzenleyici veya değiştirilmiş istemci kullanmak
- Oyuna veya dayandığı hizmetlere müdahale etmek, size ait olmayan sistem veya verilere erişmeye çalışmak
- Oyun'daki telif hakkı, marka veya diğer bildirimleri kaldırmak ya da gizlemek
- Oyun'u hukuka aykırı biçimde veya diğer oyunculara zarar verecek şekilde kullanmak
Bu kuralları ihlal ederseniz, Oyun'u kullanma lisansınız sona erer; Oyun'u kullanmayı bırakmanız ve cihazlarınızdan silmeniz gerekir. Ayrıca Oyun'u sunmayı ve desteklemeyi durdurabiliriz. Daha önce satın aldıklarınız için iade yapılmaz.
Satın almalar ve sanal öğeler
Oyun, isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar sunabilir. Tüm ödemeler, kendi şartları ve ödeme yöntemleri uyarınca Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerinizi ne görürüz ne de saklarız.
Sanal öğeler, oyun içi para birimi, bölümler ve diğer oyun içi içerik size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Gerçek dünyada değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve Oyun dışına aktarılamaz. Oyun'un yayından kaldırılması veya Oyun'u silmeniz hâlinde kullanılmamış sanal öğeler kaybolur.
İadeler, satın aldığınız mağazanın iade kurallarına göre o mağaza tarafından yürütülür. Doğrudan Apple veya Google ile iletişime geçin. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak Türk veya Avrupa hukukundan doğan cayma veya iade haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
Reklamlar
Oyun, oyun içi ödül karşılığında izlemeyi seçtiğiniz ödüllü videolar dâhil reklam gösterebilir. Reklamlar üçüncü taraf ağlardan gelir ve içerikleri bize ait değildir. Reklamı yapılan ürün veya hizmetlerden sorumlu değiliz. Reklam verilerinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
Güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik
Oyun'u dilediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, işleyişini değiştirebilir, özellik ekleyip çıkarabilir veya oyun dengesini ayarlayabiliriz. Bazı güncellemeler Oyun'un çalışmaya devam etmesi için zorunludur. Ayrıca Oyun'u belirli bir ülkede veya tamamen sunmayı bırakabiliriz. Yayından kaldırmayı planladığımızda, mümkünse Oyun içinde veya web sitemizde makul bir süre önce bildiririz.
Oyun uyumlu bir cihaz ve bazı özellikler için internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz.
Fikri mülkiyetimiz
Oyun; adı, görselleri, sesi, kodu, tasarımı ve ilgili tüm materyalleri Ekonobi'ye veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif hakkı, marka ve diğer mevzuatla korunur. Oyun'u oynamak bunların hiçbirinin mülkiyetini size vermez.
Bize bir fikir, öneri veya geri bildirim gönderirseniz, bunu size ödeme veya başka bir yükümlülük olmaksızın serbestçe kullanmamıza izin vermiş olursunuz.
Apple ve Google
Oyun'u App Store veya Google Play üzerinden edindiniz. İlgili mağaza bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve Oyun'dan sorumlu değildir. Oyun'a ilişkin her türlü talep (ayıp, fikri mülkiyet iddiası veya yasal gerekliliklere uymama dâhil), kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde mağazanın değil bizim sorumluluğumuzdadır. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu şartların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve şartları size karşı ileri sürebilir.
İlgili bir ambargo uygulanan bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve herhangi bir yasaklı taraf listesinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Sözleşmenin sona ermesi
Oyun'u cihazlarınızdan silerek bu sözleşmeyi dilediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz. Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınız kendiliğinden sona erer. Kanunen zorunlu olması veya Oyun'u yayından kaldırmaya karar vermemiz hâlinde, belirli bir ülkede ya da tamamen, Oyun'u sunmayı ve desteklemeyi durdurabiliriz. Fikri mülkiyet, sorumluluk reddi, sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması ve uygulanacak hukuka ilişkin hükümler sözleşme sona erse de yürürlükte kalır.
Garanti verilmemesi
Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, satılabilirlik ve ihlal etmeme dâhil tüm zımni garantileri hariç tutuyoruz. Oyun'un beklentilerinizi karşılayacağını; kesintisiz, güvenli veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Sorumluluğumuzun sınırı
Kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Ekonobi; Oyun'u kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da kâr kaybı, veri kaybı veya oyun ilerlemesi kaybından sorumlu değildir. Oyun'a ilişkin tüm talepler bakımından size karşı toplam sorumluluğumuz, (a) talepten önceki on iki ay içinde bize Oyun için ödediğiniz tutar ile (b) 500 Türk lirasından yüksek olanı ile sınırlıdır.
Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, ihmal sonucu ölüm veya bedensel zarar, hile ya da tüketicinin emredici yasal hakları dâhil, kanunen sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluğu ortadan kaldırmaz.
Tüketici hakları
Tüketici iseniz, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun dâhil olmak üzere ülkenizin tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı tüm haklar saklıdır. Bu şartlar o hakları sınırlamaz.
Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici iseniz, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetine veya tüketici mahkemesine de başvurabilirsiniz ve yerleşim yerinizin emredici hükümleri size uygulanmaya devam eder.
Bu şartlardaki değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde üstteki tarihi değiştirir, kayda değer değişikliklerde Oyun içinde bildiririz. Değişiklik yürürlüğe girdikten sonra oynamaya devam ederseniz yeni şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyun'u kullanmayı bırakın.
